Adam Fragen brings over 20 years experience in the fields of finance, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions.
Adam is trained as a CPA and advised his Fortune 500 company on over $2 billion of international and domestic acquisitions and dispositions in the financial services sector. Adam has advised various entities from initial start-up to mature growth businesses in strategic planning and financial forecasting.
Adam is active in the community, having served as a financial advisor and board member for several non-profit boards in San Francisco and the East Bay.
